We started as a very small business with the main objective of highlighting the versatility of sandwiches. We wanted to make kiwis understand that sandwiches can be a meal and any meal can be transformed into a sandwich. Making everything from scratch (including the breads), 100% seasonal produce and trying to source local ingredients from small producers without compromising the ethicality and sustainability of the produce, we opened our first business as a stall vendor. Six years later, we have grown into a business in which we pride ourselves from still following our initial rules of making everything ourselves from the best ingredients we can find, using techniques and skills that are hard to find in the industry and pushing ourselves to be better every day. We have a saying in the business: ”if we don’t make it, we don’t have it”. We started as sandwich specialists and now we are a crafted bakery & eatery. We specialise in sourdough making, Viennoiserie and sandwiches. We are 100% owner operators.

We are Liam and Andrea and we are Fort Greene. We love what we do, and we love sharing it with you all.
